Terms and Conditions

1. Each of the 2 prizes is: travel for 2 adults flying Economy Class “seat + bag” with Air New Zealand on specified services only, departing either Auckland or Wellington on direct return flights to Gisborne. Stopovers are not permitted. Prize winners must travel together on the same flights in both directions. Prize is non-transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Employees of Air New Zealand and their immediate family are not eligible for entry. The prize winners are responsible for paying all additional cost associated with the flight including (where applicable) transport, meal cost, spending money, insurance and other incidentals. Tickets are non-changeable once issued. Travel is not eligible for any frequent flyer (including Air Points) accrual, companion redemption or credit of tier status. 2. Prize will be drawn on 5th September 2018 at 5pm and winners notified by email or phone by Friday 7th September 2018
3. If the prize winner cannot be contacted within 3 days, that winner will forfeit the prize with no right of compensation and the prize will be redrawn.
4. Prize only available to adults over 18 years of age.
5. Prize is not redeemable for cash. Employees and family of Activate Tairāwhiti are not eligible to win.
6. Winner must have current NZ drivers licence. Rental car pickup and return is from Thrifty at Gisborne Airport.
7. Accommodation is at The Portside Heritage Hotel and is 2 nights in a one-bedroom apartment. Can be double/ twin.
8. By entering the competition each entrant will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.
9. Failure to supply all requested personal information at the time of submitting an entry might result on the entry being invalid.
10. Only one entry per person will be accepted as per the competition advertisement.
11. By entering the competition winners agree to their names being published and to be photographed and/or interviewed by the promoter and that the promoter may use their names and such photographs and/or interviews for publicity purposes.
